We can all agree that the picture on the left is completely unacceptable. for a neighborhood like this! 😜 Apparently the 70 year old basement kitchen must be removed because zoning didn't exist when it was built. 😬 A kitchen is defined by a range.
💩 One unfriendly neighbor called zoning on my MLS listing, and all contracts fell through.
👷‍♀️So, painting a new cabinet today for swapping with the 1940s vintage range/oven tomorrow! Back on MLS next week!
I hope I sell to the loudest family of 10, since 2 unrelated people in 1 house is not acceptable. 😁
