I started by following a flipping guru, some books, and youtube.  I got what I paid for; just enough to get started - no where near enough to be successful. 
I knew I had to treat this like a business, not like a trip to Vegas. So I joined up with millionaire business owners that teach me how to avoid the mistakes they made when they started, and how they got where they are.
